Absolutely! Many of our clients are from outside the United States, in particular from Europe, Asia, and Australia. Many are in the US military overseas and we mail everything to them. The same monthly payments, closing costs, etc. apply as United States investors.

Land4Less.us, LLC prides itself in making this process very easy to the buyer. We do all the leg work and record the Deed into your name for you as well as pay all fees associated with the process. After you finish paying for your investment you will receive your land package which will include your maps, pictures, additional information about your property and notarized Deed. We even pay the postage if we have to have you sign anything (some counties require additional documents to record a deed) so you don't have to pay anything. The County will mail the Deed directly back to you once it's legally recorded in your name. IT'S THAT EASY!
