I looked at properties as a sound investment in a volatile economy, but knew very little about the buying process. Adding to my hesitation, I had recently considerable fees to my ( former ) stock broker ( only to lose money anyhow on his advice ) and I was nervous about any transaction involving more than about five dollars. I'm happy to say that Mike at "Land 4 Less" set my mind at ease. The prices are excellent, and I was very well informed from the listing. No surprises after visiting the lot in person. As for the purchasing, and obtaining the deed, I literally invest more time and effort at the grocery store on Saturday. Land 4 less does every bit of the leg work. The only time I had to leave my home was to have my signature notorized on a form that was filled out for me with the information I provided. Two weeks later I had the deed in hand. No surprises, no hidden fees, and every question I asked was answered promptly, even on a Sunday afternoon. I look forward to dealing with Mike and Land 4 Less again in the near future.
