How do I purchase land with Land4Less.us, LLC? (We make it an easy 5-step process)

1.   Decide on which property you would like to invest in.


2.  Make an offer by using our "Make an Offer" form.  Once your offer has been accepted you would then go to the next step.


3.  Now it's time to pay for your investment land.   You can use any major credit card, electronic check, PayPal or you could use a certified check or money order.  What ever is easier for you.


4.  We will then send you an Email requesting how you would like your name, address, etc. recorded on your new deed.  I will immediatly send your "Land Package" to you through the mail whick included deed, maps, pictures, info, etc. along with everything else you will need regarding your new investment.


5.  The only thing you will need to do is receive your paperwork through the mail.  Some Counties require your signiture so those will be mailed to you and you can return them to us in the prepaid envelope we always provide.  The ONLY thing you get your papers out of the mail box we do ALL the legwork and paperwork for you.
